Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Email help@catchontv1.email to make the switch.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your access stops at the end of the paid period — no sneaky auto-renewals at a higher price. We send a reminder email 3 days before expiry. Resubscribe whenever you want; your favorites and EPG settings are kept for 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us and it's processed the same day. After 7 days, we offer a prorated credit toward a different plan. See our refund policy for details.
