How long is the trial?
The trial lasts 24 hours, and the app shows the countdown in the corner of the screen. The clock starts when you press Activate My Free Trial, so start it when you can watch a live event.
Do I get the full channel list or a limited sample?
Full access. Every one of the 24,000+ channels, the entire VOD library, EPG, catch-up — everything a paid subscriber gets. We don't gate premium sports or 4K behind the paywall during trial. The point is for you to test the real product. See the full channel list.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial stops. That's it. No auto-charge, no "we'll bill you unless you cancel," no surprise email from billing. If you want to continue, visit the pricing page and pick a plan. If not, you owe us nothing.
Can I try again with a different email?
One trial per household. We track device fingerprints, not just email addresses. But honestly — the trial is enough to test during a live event, browse the VOD library, and check EPG accuracy on your specific device.
Which device should I test on?
